Description

A hearty one-pan dish combining sausage, potatoes, and veggies, perfect for any season.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage (Italian or kielbasa)
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or herbs for seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown and tender, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Slice the sausage into rounds and add it to the skillet, cooking until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Storing leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge keeps them good for about 3-4 days. Can be frozen for 2-3 months.
