Instructions
- Wash and chop all the vegetables. Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces to ensure they cook evenly.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage rounds and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
