- 6 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Add the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and optional bread or vegetables to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
