- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined and smooth.
- Fold in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased pie dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- Layer with caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Pour the remaining batter over the caramel and chocolate, spreading it evenly to cover.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.
