Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel bits

  5. Fold in the caramel bits.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  7. Sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top of each cookie.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
