Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Mix the roasted red peppers and feta cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
