Description

A delightful and filling sandwich made with tender roast beef and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • Slices of roast beef
  • Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • Bread (your choice)
  • Butter
  • Optional: condiments like mustard or mayonnaise
  • Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or pan over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Lay one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer slices of roast beef and cheddar cheese on the bread.
  5. Optionally add condiments and vegetables.
  6. Top with another slice of bread, butter side up.
  7. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese melts and bread is golden.
  8. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
