- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Mix the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth, then drop spoonfuls over the cake batter.
- Swirl the peanut butter mixture into the batter gently with a knife.
- Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes and check doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan before slicing into squares and serve.
