- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl. After melting, mix in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time. Then stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in another bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before preparing the frosting.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies, cut into squares, and serve.
