- 1 package of ladyfingers
- 1 cup raspberry syrup
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup white chocolate shavings
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Soak the ladyfingers in raspberry syrup until softened, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with optional powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and spread evenly.
- Add a layer of raspberry preserves on top of the mascarpone mixture.
- Scatter fresh raspberries on top of the preserves.
- Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients.
- Top with white chocolate shavings before serving.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
