Description

A delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert, this raspberry tiramisu swaps coffee for fresh raspberries, making it a perfect treat for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of ladyfingers
  • 1 cup raspberry syrup
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate shavings
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak the ladyfingers in raspberry syrup until softened, then layer them in a serving dish.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with optional powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and spread evenly.
  6. Add a layer of raspberry preserves on top of the mascarpone mixture.
  7. Scatter fresh raspberries on top of the preserves.
  8. Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients.
  9. Top with white chocolate shavings before serving.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
