Description

Delicious and nutritious raspberry protein balls, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mash the raspberries and mix in the nut butter and honey (or maple syrup).
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. If desired, stir in shredded coconut.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

For a longer shelf life, freeze the protein balls and separate each with parchment paper.
