  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 small boxes chocolate pudding mix
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter until well combined. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
  3. Spoon raspberry preserves over the cheesecake layer and spread evenly.
  4. Whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thick, then pour over the raspberry layer and smooth out.
