Instructions
- Mix the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter until well combined. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
- Spoon raspberry preserves over the cheesecake layer and spread evenly.
- Whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thick, then pour over the raspberry layer and smooth out.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings before serving.
