Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add the corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the corn is heated through.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the beef and corn mixture in bowls, topped with shredded cheese, cilantro, and lime wedges.
