  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until onions are soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes with their juices and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook orzo in a separate pot according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
