Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Hummus (any flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • Fresh basil and/or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and spray a medium-sized baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the hummus, smoked paprika, and cumin.
  3. Coat each chicken breast thoroughly with the hummus mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in the oven and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, ensuring internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken in hummus for an hour before baking.
