- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet, making sure they are spaced evenly apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, in a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce over medium heat until warmed.
- Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the cranberry sauce mixture. Serve warm and enjoy!
