Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Before cooking, have all your ingredients ready. Slice the beef and chop the vegetables.
- In a bowl, mix the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the veggies are tender but still crisp.
- Taste the stir-fry and adjust with more salt or soy sauce if needed. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
