Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced vegetables and sauté until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add protein: Once the vegetables are cooked, add your choice of protein. Stir well and cook for another 3-5 minutes until warmed through.
- Combine with sauce: Pour in the marinara sauce or pesto. Stir well to combine. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Gently toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce and heated through.
