  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the spice blend generously over the chicken thighs and rub it into the meat.
