Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Sprinkle the spice blend generously over the chicken thighs and rub it into the meat.
