Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, swiss, or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked bacon or ham (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bagels in half and place the halves cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the shredded cheese and diced vegetables to the mixture, along with optional cooked bacon or ham.
  5. Fill each bagel half with the egg mixture, being careful not to overfill.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the egg is set and edges are golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
