Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just blended. Do not over mix.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donut holes cool for a brief moment, then roll them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon before serving.
