Ingredients
3 egg whites
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
½ tsp vanilla extract
Orange gel food coloring
Chocolate chips for stems
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C).
2. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar to soft peaks.
3. Gradually add sugar; beat to stiff peaks.
4. Mix in vanilla and pumpkin spice.
5. Tint with orange coloring.
6. Pipe pumpkin shapes onto parchment.
7. Bake 1 hr 15 min; cool in oven.
8. Add chocolate stems after cooling.
