Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree to the creamed mixture.

- Shape the cookies by dropping spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
