- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder. Mix until combined.
- Fold in the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough and shape into small discs.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks. Enjoy warm or store for later!

Use softened butter for easy creaming, and avoid overmixing to keep cookies tender.
