- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
- Crackers or vegetable sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat the outside evenly.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to firm up.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks. Enjoy!
Notes
You can make this cheese ball a day or two in advance and store it in the refrigerator. For different flavors, consider adding fresh herbs or trying different cheeses.
