Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat the outside evenly.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to firm up.
