- 1 cup protein powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Press the dough into the pan evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to set.
- Once firm, slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
These brownies should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can last up to a week. For longer storage, freeze securely wrapped in plastic wrap.
