Description

Delicious protein-packed brownies featuring a rich chocolate flavor, perfect for post-workout snacks or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  6. Press the dough into the pan evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to set.
  8. Once firm, slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

These brownies should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can last up to a week. For longer storage, freeze securely wrapped in plastic wrap.
