Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes by peeling and cutting them into 1-inch cubes.
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot covered with cold water, adding a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Drain the potatoes in a colander and return them to the pot. Mash to desired consistency.

- Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring well. Bring to a slight simmer, adding dried thyme, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Combine the mashed potatoes and creamy garlic sauce, stirring in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Serve the mixture in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
