Instructions
- Whisk together chickpea flour, water, turmeric, and salt until smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little cooking oil.
- Pour a portion of the batter into the skillet, spreading it out slightly.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the edges are crispy.
- Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Serve with sautéed veggies and sprinkle with nutritional yeast if desired.
