Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters.
  3. Combine the biscuit pieces with mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the filled muffin cups.
