Deliciously cheesy Pizza Burritos filled with pepperoni and smothered in sauce, perfect for any occasion.

- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce plus extra for dipping
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 ounces sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for topping
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup warm marinara or pizza sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until soft and pliable.
- Lay one warm tortilla on a flat surface and spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce down the center.
- Sprinkle roughly 1/4 cup mozzarella and a tablespoon of cheddar over the sauce, then arrange a single layer of pepperoni slices on top and add a small pinch of Parmesan.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla toward the center, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat filling and rolling with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter or olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
- Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the tops of the burritos, then sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the hot Pizza Burritos with warm pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.
