Delicious and easy-to-make pizza bites that combine the flavors of pizza in a fun, poppable form.

- 1 can Pillsbury biscuit dough (about 16 oz)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- About 30 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuit dough and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Set aside the shredded mozzarella cheese and the pepperoni slices.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Toss each biscuit dough piece in the flavored butter, then dip it in the mozzarella cheese, and wrap a slice of pepperoni around it.
- Grease a bundt or deep cake pan.
- Layer the biscuit bites in the pan, alternating with additional pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then invert onto a serving plate and serve warm with pizza sauce.
Notes
Don’t overcook to avoid drying out. Feel free to add veggies or use different cheeses for variations.
