A delightful twist on the classic no-bake dessert with a distinct nutty flavor from pistachio pudding.

- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 16 ounces mini marshmallows, divided
- 3.5 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- ½ cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat. Add most of the mini marshmallows and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the pistachio pudding mix until blended.
- Add the vanilla extract, then gently fold in the rice krispies cereal and remaining marshmallows.
- Press the mixture lightly into a lined pan, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top and let it set before slicing.
Notes
Allow treats to cool completely before storage. Store in an airtight container.
