Delicious donuts filled with creamy pistachio and coated in rich chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pistachio cream
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for chocolate coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your donut pan by greasing it with cooking spray.
- Mix the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Fill the donut molds halfway with the batter.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Fill each donut with pistachio cream using a piping bag.
- Melt the bittersweet chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Coat each filled donut in the melted chocolate.
- Set the donuts on the wire rack until the chocolate is firm.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
