Deliciously crispy and sweet Pistachio Baklava Rolls, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package phyllo dough (16 oz), thawed
- 2 cups unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chopped pistachios with ground cinnamon.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cover it with a damp cloth.
- Take one sheet of phyllo, brush with melted butter, layer another sheet on top and repeat for five sheets.
- Sprinkle a thin layer of pistachio mixture over the phyllo sheets.
- Roll the phyllo tightly into a log shape and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with remaining melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, honey, and vanilla; bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes to make the syrup.
- Once the baklava is done, pour hot syrup over the rolls.
- Let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve with Greek yogurt, coffee, or fresh fruits for a delightful pairing.
