- 1 can cream of chicken soup

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chicken broth. Add frozen mixed vegetables if using, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mixture for a crunchy top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
