Ingredients

1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt (fine-ground)

8 oz warm filtered water (about 120°F)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Optional: 1/2 tsp raw honey

Optional: 1 pinch cayenne pepper


Instructions

1. Warm filtered water to about 120°F and pour into a glass.

2. Add pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.

3. Mix in fresh lemon juice.

4. Optional: add raw honey and/or cayenne pepper for flavor and metabolism boost.

5. Sip slowly over 2–3 minutes before breakfast.

Notes

Drink first thing in the morning before coffee or food.

Adjust salt amount to taste if sensitive to sodium.
