Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake combining Snickers and pink M&Ms for a delightful dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pink M&Ms
  • Optional: more Snickers and M&Ms for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to create the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract.
  6. Stir in the chopped Snickers bars and pink M&Ms.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the cheesecake is fully set.
  9. Serve with additional Snickers and pink M&Ms if desired.

Notes

Allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for optimal firmness. Use warm water to rinse the knife for clean cuts when slicing.
