- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 Snickers bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup pink M&Ms
- Optional: more Snickers and M&Ms for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to create the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract.
- Stir in the chopped Snickers bars and pink M&Ms.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the cheesecake is fully set.
- Serve with additional Snickers and pink M&Ms if desired.
Notes
Allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for optimal firmness. Use warm water to rinse the knife for clean cuts when slicing.
