- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- Pink food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix in the melted butter until the mixture is well-combined.
- Spread the chocolate base evenly in the prepared baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- While the base cools, mix the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl to form the coconut layer.
- Spread this coconut mixture evenly over the cooled chocolate base.
- In another bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to the whipped cream and blend until the color is uniform.
- Spread the pink whipped cream on top of the coconut layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars and serving.
