- 2 pounds beef Little Smokies sausages
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped pineapple (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the Little Smokies sausages to the slow cooker and mix well to coat the sausages in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for about 120 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped pineapple if desired.
