Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool in pan for 15 minutes, then lift out using parchment overhang.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into pine cone shapes and dusting with powdered sugar.
