Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (preferably provolone or cheddar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cooked steak and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet and layer half of it with the steak mixture and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using fresh ingredients and experimenting with different types of cheese.
