Description
A delicious fusion of Philly cheesesteak flavors tucked inside a crispy quesadilla.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (preferably provolone or cheddar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked steak and season with salt and pepper.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and layer half of it with the steak mixture and shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using fresh ingredients and experimenting with different types of cheese.
