- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, diced bell peppers, and diced onions in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- Top the meatloaf with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
