- 4 pieces chicken thighs (clean and patted dry)
- 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean and pat dry the chicken thighs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Mix well and adjust the peri peri sauce to taste.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for better flavor).
- Place the marinated chicken thighs skin side up in a baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Broil for an additional 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
