Description

Delicious and flavorful Peri Peri Chicken that boasts a spicy kick from the peri peri sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs (clean and patted dry)
  • 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean and pat dry the chicken thighs.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Mix well and adjust the peri peri sauce to taste.
  5. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for better flavor).
  6. Place the marinated chicken thighs skin side up in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear.
  8. Broil for an additional 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  9. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
