- 1 box buttery crackers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the buttery crackers on a baking sheet.
- Top each cracker with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over each cracker to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These bites are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
