Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares, about 3×3 inches each.
  3. Place a few slices of pepperoni, a spoonful of pizza sauce, and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling to create a ball and pinch the edges to seal it well.
  5. Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops of the bombs with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
