Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter with the brown and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and peppermint extracts until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt; combine with wet mixture until soft dough forms.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies until evenly distributed.
  5. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft; cool before transferring to a rack.
