- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- ½ cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Cream the butter with the brown and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and peppermint extracts until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt; combine with wet mixture until soft dough forms.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies until evenly distributed.
- Chill dough for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft; cool before transferring to a rack.
