- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Red food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting.
- Melt the Chocolate: In separate bowls, melt white and semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Combine with Condensed Milk: Mix half of the sweetened condensed milk into each melted chocolate, stirring until glossy and smooth.
- Add Flavors: Stir peppermint extract into the white chocolate mixture.
- Layer the Mixtures: Layer semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate mixtures in the prepared pan, repeating until all is used.
- Create the Swirl: Use a knife to gently swirl through the layers for a marbled effect.
- Add Peppermint Crunch: Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Chill the Fudge: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Serving: Lift out using parchment overhang, slice into squares, and serve chilled.
