Description

A creamy and festive peppermint fudge with a beautiful swirl of white and semi-sweet chocolate, topped with crunchy peppermint candies.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In separate bowls, melt white and semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Combine with Condensed Milk: Mix half of the sweetened condensed milk into each melted chocolate, stirring until glossy and smooth.
  4. Add Flavors: Stir peppermint extract into the white chocolate mixture.
  5. Layer the Mixtures: Layer semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate mixtures in the prepared pan, repeating until all is used.
  6. Create the Swirl: Use a knife to gently swirl through the layers for a marbled effect.
  7. Add Peppermint Crunch: Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  8. Chill the Fudge: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  9. Serving: Lift out using parchment overhang, slice into squares, and serve chilled.
