Description

A simple and delicious peppermint fudge recipe perfect for holidays and gift-giving.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top, pressing them in lightly.
  6. Refrigerate for about 120 minutes or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
