- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Chocolate for melting (such as chocolate chips or candy melts)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Rice Krispies, peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each Rice Krispie ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
- Return the chocolate-covered balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
