Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips until well combined.
  4. Scoop portion-sized amounts of cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture and don’t skip the salt to enhance flavors.
